2017海外侨胞故乡行-走进河南活动

应河南省侨联邀请，中英文化体育交流协会会长、英国河南文化商贸总会执行会长吴运锋代表协会，与英国河南文化商贸总会常务副会长王葛莉莉共同参加了“2017海外侨胞故乡行—走进河南”活动。

此次活动于2017年10月9日启动，河南省委副书记王炯热情接待了代表团并设宴欢迎。随后，在河南省侨联副巡视员刘合生的陪同下，代表团先后访问了南阳市、平顶山市、汝州市等地。

10月10日下午，代表团走进南阳，参加在南阳宾馆举行的市情说明暨项目推介会。南阳市委副书记王智慧等领导出席会议。王智慧代表南阳市委、市政府对代表团的到来表示欢迎，并简要介绍了南阳市情。南阳市商务局局长毕跃杰重点推介了南阳经济发展情况及投资环境，涵盖工业、农业、服务业等247个重点项目。

会后，代表团一行考察了：

At the invitation of the Henan Provincial Returned Overseas Chinese Federation, Wu Yunfeng, President of the Sino-British Cultural and Sports Exchange Association and Executive President of the UK Henan Cultural and Business Association, represented the Sino-British Cultural and Sports Exchange Association. He was joined by Wang Lili, Standing Vice President of the UK Henan Cultural and Business Association, in representing the delegation during the “2017 Overseas Compatriots’ Hometown Tour – Journey to Henan” event.

The event commenced on October 9, 2017, with a warm reception and banquet hosted by Wang Jiong, Deputy Secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee. Subsequently, the delegation, led by Liu Hesheng, Deputy Inspector of the Henan Provincial Returned Overseas Chinese Federation, visited Nanyang, Pingdingshan, Ruzhou, and other cities.

On the afternoon of October 10, the delegation arrived in Nanyang for a Presentation and Project Promotion Conference held at the Nanyang Hotel. Wang Zhihui, Deputy Secretary of the Nanyang Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and extended a warm welcome on behalf of the municipal government. He provided an overview of Nanyang’s development, while Bi Yuejie, Director of the Nanyang Commerce Bureau, introduced the city’s economic progress and investment environment, highlighting 247 key projects across industry, agriculture, and services.
